Our Policy
We know it's not the most exciting read, but there's some important information here that we’d really appreciate you taking a moment to go through.
Dress Code:
- No hoodies
- No flip flops
- Casual smart— Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Deposit Policy:
- A deposit of £20 per person is required to secure the reservation.
- Deposits are fully refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrival Policy:
- Please note that reservations will be automatically cancelled if guests arrive more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
Table Duration Policy:
- All bookings will have a maximum duration of 2 hours.
- We kindly ask guests to adhere to this time limit to accommodate all reservations efficiently, unless table duration is manually extended on the day.
